Review of files and client documents
arrow MSBC appointed Project Manager (PM) will manage all the clients’ documents and prioritise the work under the guidance of client.
arrow PM shall also clarify all the technical queries with client before delegating the tasks to offshore team.
Work delegation and knowledge transfer
arrow MSBC’s project manager will upload the documents to scanner server for offshore team to view and proceed further.
arrow To ensure accuracy and quality, project manager will transfer client specific knowledge and missing links to offshore team.
Data processing
arrow Offshore team will access scanned documents through secured remote access (Secured VPN) and view the clients’ documents from client’s server.
arrow Offshore Team will make entries into Accounting Software like IRIS, Sage, QuickBooks to name a few
Quality assurance
Detailed:
arrow Based on the pre-set quality parameters, each offshore team member will perform activities to comply.
arrow PEER Review: Completed tasks are reviewed by line managers for quality assurance purposes.
Conceptual:
arrow Project Manager will review the entries made by offshore team.
Delivery and acknowledgement
arrow Client can review the work delivered by MSBC and provide feedback.
Feedback and improvisation
arrow Project manager will be available to provide understanding on the activities performed and resolve issues related to process and its output.
arrow MSBC will view all the feedback as an opportunity to bridge the gap between client’s expectations and MSBC’s service delivery.
arrow MSBC will take all necessary measures to bring more transparency to the process and provide better control over the process to client.
